SHIPPING POLICY
- We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Please take great care in entering your information accurately.
- We are not held responsible for damaged or lost packages We are also not responsible for errors in the fault of mail or shipping carriers.
- Shipping to PO Boxes are not available.
- For domestic and international shipping we utilize the United States Postal Services (USPS) and UPS
- All of our eCommerce customers will have their choice between all shipping option that the USPS and UPS offer to fit your budget.
- All international order will be subject to CUSTOMS, DUTIES, and TAXES. This will be determined at the time of shipment.

RETURNS POLICY
At Atelier Fashion Boutiques we have a 21 day return policy on eCommerce purchased items, from the date of purchase. Item must be postmarked within the 21 day period. If you wish to return an item, please email us at [email protected]. In your email please provide the following:
- Your name
- The name of the item you wish to return
- The purchase confirmation number
Once we receive your email we will expeditiously send you a link to our returns page where you will create a label at no charge to you, affix that label to your return packaging, and promptly mail back to us. Items should be mailed back to us in the 21 day timeframe. The address to which you will mail back your item(s), will be automatically generated when you create your return label.
